WHAT WE DO:
Join us online for in home workouts Zoomed straight to your living room! Our weekly LIVE class will work the whole body using strengthening exercises as well as low impact cardio, stretches, core and pelvic floor work. Suitable for pregnancy or from 6 weeks post-natal. Adaptations and progressions will be given to suit everyone.
