Mother’s Day is coming up and spring is in the air. This means two things, 1) You deserve a gift and a rest.

And 2) Spring = new beginnings and to us that’s a good excuse to buy fresh new kit and notch up the fitness efforts.

Mother’s Day isn’t really about getting presents of course. If you’re anything like us then you’ll probably appreciate a little bit of time to yourself more than anything.

It’s lovely to spend Mother’s Day with your family, obviously. But this could actually be the perfect the opportunity to kick back with the girls, couldn’t it? Perhaps this Mothering Sunday you should get out friends, even if you just have a coffee and a walk in the park. Whatever you do, make the most of a little down time and really try to carve out some time for yourself.

Take a long soak, do something you never get time for anymore like curling up with a blanket and a good book and of course make sure you have a lovely lie in.

Now, back to the presents…

If you fancy some Jelly Belly training then some super lovely person in your life can buy you gift vouchers to train with us…Just get them to contact us here and we’ll sort everything out.

And here’s a round up of fitness kit for you to ogle and then send onto to that special person who might want to get you a pressie for Mother’s Day. Go, go, go..

We love this M&S sports bra because it zips at the front for easy fastening. Genius.
