Class pass expiry - when a class pass is purchased (single class, 5 class or 10 class pass), the expiry date is activated once you attend your first class and is not based on purchase date.
All class passes are non-refundable.
Physical condition – you must disclose any changes in your health status with your instructor prior to starting any of your classes.
Clothing and footwear – you should ensure that you are appropriately dressed for your training sessions and are wearing suitable footwear.
Members receive customised workouts to do at home, nutrition help and advice as well as being able to track your progress.
