WHAT WE DO:
Jelly Belly Outdoor classes are safe and effective workouts in the park designed to support women during pregnancy and after the birth of their baby. This is a great way to socialise with other mums, work up a sweat and get some fresh air with baby or toddler in toe!
This class is suitable for women during pregnancy and from 6 weeks post-delivery (natural or caesarean provided you’ve been given the all clear from your GP or midwife). We use low impact exercises to ensure we are strengthening the pelvic floor, activating your core at the right intensity, looking after your joints, making you stronger from the inside out.
We cater for all levels giving adaptions and progressions where appropriate so you can workout at a pace that works for you.
Saturday class! If you fancy doing a class without baby or have returned to work, our Saturday class is a great opportunity to keep your exercise routine going whilst still catering to your female needs. Whether it be pelvic floor weakness, abdominal separation, joint problems – we’re here to help! This class is also suitable if you are pregnant.
*Please wear a good pair of trainers and a supportive bra. Please bring water and a mat or picnic blanket for exercises on the grass.*
