WHAT WE DO:

Exercising within a group is a great way to tailor your sessions to what you need in a small, private group setting whilst sharing the cost. You can start during your pregnancy or once you’ve all had your babies. Set up regular weekly sessions in your area to include different types of exercise, whether it is Pilates, outdoor sessions in the park or both!

You will receive customised programmes to do at home so you can keep up with your progress.

Indoor Sessions

Details

Host the sessions in your home or we can arrange a studio space. Reconnect with your body focussing on core and pelvic floor function and strength. Improve posture and rebalance your body with effective whole body workouts.

COVID-19 update: we can also offer sessions live online for your group so that everyone can be in their own home performing the session remotely. Get in touch to find out more!

£630 for 10 sessions

Outdoor Park Sessions

Details

Meet in your local park and enjoy whole body workouts using park benches, steps and resistance bands to strengthen and tone the body. Focus is still given to restoring the core and pelvic floor using functional and effective exercises.

COVID-19 update: due to the sessions being outside, distancing is easier to maintain. Please get in touch if you have any questions or would like any further advice.
