Missed classes – as overheads remain the same regardless of attendance, classes are non-refundable when missed. If we can offer you a space in another class, we will do our best to accommodate this.
Physical condition – you must disclose any changes in your health status with your instructor prior to starting any of your classes.
Clothing and footwear – you should ensure that you are appropriately dressed for your training sessions and are wearing suitable footwear.
Members receive customised workouts to do at home, nutrition help and advice as well as being able to track your progress.
