OVERVIEW

Jelly Belly is a team of qualified, experienced pre/post natal exercise specialists who are passionate about providing safe and effective training sessions for women who are either pregnant, have just had their baby or are still experiencing post-natal issues further along the line. Each pregnancy, delivery and recovery is unique so we aim to facilitate your individual needs with exercise that works for you.

Within the team we have a mix of disciplines so you can choose what type of exercise you enjoy whilst we still address any physical issues you may be experiencing. Every exercise is chosen with your needs in mind so that you get the results you’re after. We also like to take a holistic approach addressing your nutritional needs and lifestyle.

Being a mobile business, we come to you. So no need to arrange a babysitter or travel to a studio as we provide everything that’s needed for your training sessions.

Our classes are growing so we hope to offer more locations around London in the near future.

This is a unique add on service that Jelly Belly is very excited to be offering all of our customers very soon.

We believe that to get the results you’re after, the more support you receive, the more likely you are to succeed. Rather than producing a one off video we decided to take things one step further…

Your trainer will create customised workouts that you will be able to access online through your own members’ page, giving you the opportunity to practice at home. As you progress the exercises progress so it’s like getting a new workout video every week!

You will also have nutrition support, an area to track your progress and other helpful hints and tips.

We need more instructors!

If you are passionate about supporting women during their pregnancy and helping them to restore post delivery, please get in touch! You must be level 3 and hold a Pre/Post-natal Exercise Specialists certificate.
